To meet the extended demand from our customers Helog recently has acquired 2 Bell 212 Helicopters and secured options for another two.  Both aircrafts are leased from Agrarflug- Helilift in Ahlen, Germany. The Bell's are designated to operate jointly with our Puma's in the oil fields in Southern Sudan to support the rigs and perform the crew changes.
The pilots will be type rated and trained in the Simulator of Oxford Flight Academy AB in Stockholm and on the aircraft at our facility in Salzburg.
Both helicopters are planned to start the operation as from January 2009.
Aerotechnik GmbH just recently received the extension of the MOE Capability list and is authorized to conduct line and base maintenance on these types in Salzburg and line maintenance at Heglig/Sudan.
